Formed in 2012 at Belmont University, Charles Frank Trio came to fruition after Aaron Veneziano and Charlie Hickerson played
in Belmont-based singer/songwriter Bryce Merritt's backing band. They soon enlisted Aaron's roommate, Andrew Fleming, on drums and began rehearsing and record Charlie's original music.
